JBrowse integration

Type a human gene name. You get a connected JBrowse session with three linked views: the gene on the genome (introns collapsed so the coding exons sit side by side), the same protein aligned across 100 vertebrates, and its AlphaFold 3D structure. Hover or select in any one view and the other two light up the matching residue — codon-precise, across genome, alignment, and structure.
