Contents
Genome Visualization
These components allow you to edit and view genome annotations. The two most popular components are GBrowse, a web-based genome viewer, and Apollo, a Java (desktop) application that allows you to both view and edit genome annotations.
Comparative Genomics Visualization
GMOD offers several possibilities specifically for visualizing comparative genomics.
Gene Expression Visualization
Components for visualizing gene expression results; currently focused on microarray based experiments.
Pathway Visualization
Ontology Visualization
