Proposal for GMOD NESCent hackathon

NESCent has funds to support a certain number of hackathons every year. We are proposing a GMOD hackathon for June 2010. It would have a focus on extending GMOD for evolutionary biology, and would probably propose funding for 10-15 attendees. Proposals are reviewed on a competitive basis.
