This tutorial will introduce Galaxy and then walk through a hands-on NGS analysis example highlighting different aspects of Galaxy. We will use shared servers provided by the Galaxy Project for this part of the tutorial. We’ll finish with each person setting up their own Galaxy server on the Amazon cloud.
