Welcome to the 2012 GMOD Summer School. This course will introduce participants to many key GMOD components that will help you better manage, visualize, annotate, and exploit your biological data.
Schedule
The course runs from Saturday August 25th to Wednesday August 29th, 2012. It runs all day and into the night for the first four days, and until 6:30pm on the final day, with the course dinner on Wednesday evening rounding things off in style. The course is broken up into sessions, each covering a different topic. On the first four days we'll have optional evening sessions where participants can ask that day's instructors questions and apply the tools to their own data.
