Current work
I work as a programmer for PomBase - the pombe genome database, based in Cambridge, UK. I look after the pombe Chado database and I work on the Canto community curation tool.
Also work as a bioinformatics odd job man for the Department of Anatomy, University of Otago, Dunedin, NZ. I spend part of my time helping with the tuatara genome project.
Previous work
In the past I worked on Artemis at the Sanger Institute and InterMine at the Systems Biology Centre, University of Cambridge, UK.
