Professor of Plant Biology at Copenhagen University Cell wall biology is my main research interest. Polysaccharide biosynthesis and evolution are basic research interests. Cell wall biotechnology and enzymology represent my applied interests. Biocomposites, biofuel, food ingredients and the enzyme technologies associated with these all rely on cell wall biology understanding.
