I have been a staff bioinformatics employ for the TreeGenes/Dendrome database for the last 4 years. On top of normal maintenance, I have worked with iPlant developing Simple Semantic Webservices (SSWAP) for the treegenes database. Additionally, I have been hired to work with the Dubcovsky lab to standup a public Wheat TILLING database which is powered with GMOD tools, such as JBrowse, tripal, chado, and more.
