I am a software developer at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research. Currently, I work on the Reactome project. I have also worked on the PCAWG project. I primarily program in Java/JavaEE, but I am also experienced with: SQL and database design, XML/XSLT. I have also worked with Python, bash, and ansible.
