Bio::Chado::Schema is a standard DBIx::Class layer for Chado. It is still in an early stage of development, please consider contributing to the project.
Bio::Chado::Schema is a standard set of perl modules that should work with any database supported by DBIx::Class, but this has not yet been thoroughly tested. Please try it out and report back!
